When I became Vegan chocolate was the very worst thing to give up. I thought that I needed milk chocolate; it was my addiction. Then I realized “cocoa”!! What a great idea. Today I’m having it in my banana smoothie.
I control my chocolate addiction in much the same way. I buy packages (one at a time) of large chocolate drops (60% cacao) in the baking items aisle. 16 are considered a “serving.” I count out 8 and put the package away in the fridge. I have them in the evening after supper. That’s my great treat. BTW, they are healthy; no sodium, no fat; no cholesterol; anti-oxidant.
Only three squares of chocolate a day – it’s easy! Just make certain the squares are large enough. 🙂

I have so many addictions-coffee, chocolate, good port wine, blogging- they self regulate just because of the limited time available for each. 🙂

I could find it easy, but I have always had to “feel” like chocolate =) I’m more of a cookie and chip person.
