I want to work with the budget makers in Orange County, CA so that I never see another homeless disabled person at the bus stops! We need to take care of our own in our own cities first, then look outward to give to other countries. If we do not do that we are weakening ourselves from a fiscal standpoint and our people suffer needlessly. America is the richest nation on earth if we would only use our resources in a smarter way seeing that people’s basic needs are met.
