Meet Milo, he’s 5 and has Down syndrome. his family went to a restaurant to eat, a group of people were seated next to them and proceeded to make comments about Milo.
This is how the waiter, Michael Garcia responded: “I heard the man say, ‘Special needs children need to be special somewhere else’… My personal feelings took over, and I told him, ‘I’m not going to be able to serve you, Sir… How could you say that?… How could you say that about a beautiful 5 year old angel?'”Michael kicked out the bullies, and the best part is the restaurant, Laurenzo’s is standing behind Michael’s choice to refuse to serve them…….How many likes deserves this great waiter ??!!

A neighbour has a weekend home near by and brings their Downs boy most weekends and he is another 5 year old angel. These little angels often have a limited life and need all our love while they are with us. I hope that diner has learnt a valuable lesson. Bravo to the waiter and restaurant. Love, David

Michael Garcia is a hero in my book and thrilled the commenters got kicked out. I’m also thrilled he stuck up for the Angel. The restaurant also get 5 stars.

What a lot of people don’t realize is that this man could have EASILY lost his job for doing this… which makes what he did even more selfless and kind. And bravo to the restaurant for supporting him in his decision!
