I don’t care. And I would be really appreciative. The best I could be.”

Just a note: My family, which lives in West Palm Beach, has contacted his case worker to see about adoption. We’ve taken in a child in the past that was without much of a family and it worked out well for us and the child. Just so Reddit knows, there apparently have been hundreds and hundreds of calls already, so it looks like things are looking up for him! (Also, we’re hoping to hear back that he’ll be coming home with us!)
