Please keep an eye open for your elderly neighbors. Ask if they need anything doing – Maybe sit with them a while and share a good conversation – Imagine being totally on your own at Christmas….Can you?

Last Christmas I visited some widows with a group of ladies. It was lovely and I wish we’d do it more. More people need to take a minute to realise how lonely some people are. Thanks for blogging about it.
