Chris Pratt — a movie star, TV star and all-around cool dude — has lived up to the promise he made before “Guardians of the Galaxy” became a massive box office hit, and visited a sick fan in the hospital this week.

The picture of Pratt visiting Dylan Prunty, a.k.a. “Lego Kid,” at the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital blew up on Reddit after being posted on Wednesday.

Prunty, a boy with mitochondrial disorder, is a huge fan of the building block toys — the inspiration for Pratt’s first blockbuster, “The Lego Movie,” in which he voiced the lead character.
