Sincerity itself has become rare, as a teacher I know how valuable a sincere complement followed by encouragement can be.

I love this vignette. It reminded me of my mother-in-law who stayed with us briefly , when she had Alzheimer’s and her sister was in the hospital. When we went to my daughter’s school function she told this woman how beautiful she looked. It was sincere and the woman just beamed. Thanks for sharing your story and prodding this nice memory.
