It all began when Comedian, Tom Mabe, entered the shelter and said he simply wanted to give a donation.

I love this. Wouldn’t it be great if kindhearted dog groomers in every city would give a makeover to each new dog that enters a shelter? I’m not a trained professional, but I’d sure volunteer my time to help.
