THIS 92-Year Old is the REAL Superman

92-year-old Wally Harmer is preparing to take on a mile long zip wire to raise money for charity – and he’s going dressed as Superman!

The grandfather of ten and the great-grandfather of three has raised nearly $1,500.00 for charity previously and is hoping to raise more money for Tenovus Cancer Care. Wally has completed the zip wire once before but is going back again as he wants to break the speed record!

“I was disappointed because the record is 110mph and I only reached the 95mph mark so I will hopefully be able to break that.

“I thought I could do the zip-line just to prove you’re never too old to do things and it gives me a goal to aim for. I have had friends who have suffered with cancer and it’s fulfilling if you can do something for somebody.

“It gives you a purpose in life and you’re doing something worthwhile.”

Wally will complete his skydive on the first weekend of May and we wish him the very best of luck!
