1. Thank you for baring your soul , being honest and true not only to yourself , but to the entire universe . There is no fear . That is the best part . Am in a no position to be judgmental however I do remember these words when I was going through my own roller coasters in life which now seem ages ago . ‘ Tough times don’t last , tough people do . Everything shall pass , your sadness or laughter . When you encounter problems or difficulties just remember these four words . This too shall Pass . ” All the very best for your life ahead .

  2. What a great post. It’s inspiring to see someone go through something so horrible and difficult and emerge on the other side still hurting (how can you not?) but more alive and vibrant than before. I found myself nodding along many of your points and I hope that they fact that you have helped me on a difficult day (coming after a difficult week that came after a difficult month that was one of many in the last 18 months) will be bring you some measure of joy.

  3. Thankyou for your lovely comments. It means a lot. I just want to bring hope to others that a new life is possible after bereavement.

  4. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your experiences. I am widowed for 2 1/2 years and my husband was only 61 years old and died from liver disease. Your words touched me very deeply and gave me strength knowing the process I have gone through and am still going through. Your words represented my thoughts throughout these last few years. I am proving my strengths to myself and to others daily; but most importantly, to my own self. Grief remains a part of our life for the simple reason of losing a sweet, sincere and deep love for our beloved person. Again, thank you for your wisdom and talent in expressing yourself so beautifully.
