How To Focus In The Age of Distraction – Self Kindness



  1. My new year’s resolution centred around the red arm – creating daily habits / rituals that I stick to. For me, that means every day I must exercise, meditate, read and write (even if that’s only 10mins, the aim is building it into a habit so it becomes an automatic reflex to do things that keep me healthy).

    Now, I’m working on building the purple arm into this – by starting the day with assessing my priorities, and ending the day with reflection. Thanks for sharing this – it’s an excellent infographic.
